2. What Happens After a DMCA Notice

• Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.
• We may notify the user who posted the material and give them the opportunity to submit a Counter-Notice.
• Repeated infringers may have their access terminated.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a Counter-Notice. The Counter-Notice must include:

• Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
• Your Contact Information: Full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of Removed Material: A description of the content that was removed and its original location (such as the URL).
• Good Faith Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• Jurisdiction Consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your judicial district, or if you are in India, the courts located in [your city, India]. You must also agree to accept service of legal process from the party that filed the original DMCA Notice.

Please send your Counter-Notice to the same Copyright Agent listed above.

4. What Happens After a Counter-Notice

• We will forward the Counter-Notice to the original complainant.
• If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
• If a lawsuit is filed, the content will remain removed until a court order is received.

5. Policy for Repeat Infringers

A-One Gadget Junction reserves the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright. A “repeat infringer” is defined as a user who has been warned more than twice.
